Vyson focuses his practice in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation with an emphasis in patent litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal courts throughout the United States and in matters before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His matters span a wide range of technologies including 3D technology, WiFi, e-cigarettes, phone cameras, microphones, night lights, and semiconductors, microfluidics, video streaming, graphics design, monoclonal antibodies, cell free DNA, and computer interface standards.

Vyson received his J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law where he served as the President of the East Asian Law Society and Editor of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. Vyson grew up in Taipei, Taiwan.

Prior to joining Turner Boyd Seraphine, Vyson was an associate at TechKnowledge Law Group LLP.
