Turner Boyd LLP recognizes that most disputes resolve before trial – often before litigation even starts. Both Ms. Turner and Ms. Boyd act as neutral mediators for case resolution and on-going discovery mediation in complicated, highly contentious cases.

In addition to acting as a private mediator, Ms. Boyd has been appointed to the mediation panels of both the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Northern District of California. Ms. Turner has been appointed to the mediation panel for the Palo Alto Mediation Program.
