“Get a Room — IP, Confidentiality, and Mobile/Coworking Spaces”:
Rachael Lamkin Speaks at Mobile Work Week

Saturday, January 7th, 2012
Rachael Lamkin, with Turner Boyd’s IP litigation practice, hosted a lunch discussion during Mobile Work Week.  Mobile, shared work spaces are an emerging trend in business, allowing collaborators the convenience of flexible, as-needed meeting locations, yet guidelines regarding confidentiality and liability are yet to be defined.  Entrepreneurs, owners of co-working spaces, and the attorneys who protect them benefited from Ms. Lamkin’s perspective on some of the law-related concerns surrounding this growing model.  The discussion focused on patents and trade secrets, and was sponsored by LiquidSpace (http://liquidspace.com/) of San Francisco.
